Use of SimpleClinic, Heidi Health & Vital.ly
Grounded in Healing uses three secure, Australian-based platforms to manage client care:

SimpleClinic is used for managing bookings, communication, telehealth appointments, and client files.

Heidi Health is used for case taking and consultation notes during appointments.

Vital.ly is used for prescribing and delivering practitioner-only supplements.
All platforms comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and data is encrypted and stored securely. By engaging with our services, you consent to the use of these platforms for the secure collection, handling, and storage of your personal and health information.
Appointments
Appointments can be conducted in person (within our service area) or online via SimpleClinic telehealth. A secure link will be emailed to you after booking.
Payment Terms
Payment for services can be made via debit or credit card.
Consultations, including telehealth sessions, are not eligible for private health fund rebates.

Shipping and Delivery
Flower Essences

Delivery is via Australia Post.

A $10 flat rate applies to all Flower Essence deliveries within Australia.
Supplements

Prescribed and delivered via Vital.ly.

Shipping costs and delivery times are subject to Vital.ly’s policies and are outside of our control.
Delivery Times
Please allow 1–5 business days for dispatch. Once shipped, Australia Post typically delivers within 1–3 business days to metropolitan areas, with rural areas taking an additional 1–3 business days. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond these timeframes.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on consultations or products. Replacements or refunds are only provided in the case of faulty products at the time of sale.
Acceptance of Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Notify us of any faults or damage as soon as possible so we can assist.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
Naturopathic Testing & Functional Pathology
Orders for testing kits and pathology services are final once placed and are non-refundable.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of this Website or our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
